Are you looking for a role where you can work with an inspiring team in vibrant new offices? If so, this role is the one for you. Our client, a leading financial services and mortgage broker based in Ipswich are looking to recruit a Mortgage Administration Team Leader.

The successful individual will work alongside the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the mortgage processing department and ensuring the mortgage processors are working efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Managing the day to day running of the mortgage processing function
· Ensuring processes are being adhered to and are being followed through
· Processing reports for higher management
· Providing support to team members
· Provide training and organise training courses
· Ensuring that mortgage applications are going through swiftly
· Monitoring KPI’s

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have proven experience gained from with a Mortgage environment. Team Leader / Managerial experience is NOT essential, just a determination and hard work ethic and you will get an automatic promotion.
