Adecco have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator in Bournemouth to join a successful Financial Services Company.

Salary: £9.00 per hour

Location: Bournemouth

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm

Start date: 4st February 2019

Duration: 12 months initially

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be situated within one of the finance teams within the business dealing with customers on a daily basis.

This involves supporting the mortgages team with administrative duties:

* Supporting the admin process of customer mortgages
* Gathering documents and uploading to the internal systems
* Ensure a high level of accuracy
* Liaising with other areas of the business to ensure that the application progresses smoothly

It would be great to see candidates with:

* Excellent telephone manner
* The ability to work under
* Objection handling skills
* Proficent in Microsoft applications
