A great position has arisen for a Registered Nurse, Deputy Manager to join a highly reputable Care Home which is located in Armagh.
The home has been developed to provide care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities. They provide various programmes to support the development of independence and life skills for the service users.

If you are successful for this role you will receive an excellent salary of £19.00 per hour with great additional benefits.

As the Deputy Manager you will be expected to provide the highest standards of care to all residents and to the service. You will be fully qualified as a Deputy Nurse Manager and have experience of management in a residential care home setting for residents who have complex needs such as learning disability, mental health, autism and associated health issues.

You must have the following qualifications and experience:

• Fully qualified Nurse with NMC registration
• Experience that is recent and relevant to the role
• Experience of managing a multi disciplinary team
• Experience of financial management to include management of financial accounts/budgets
• An understanding of the RQIA
• Meet the standards required by the RQIA to become a registered manager of the relevant service

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with experience within a managerial position
