They are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join their team based in Lincoln. Their finance team are proactive and forward thinking and this role represents an excellent opportunity for career development.

The Finance Manager is a key member of the central services team with significant responsibility for the financial affairs of the organisation at an operational level. Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management reporting and forecasts, annual budgets and managing the year end processes.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in a multi-site environment. You will have a strong customer focus and be able to provide a high-quality service to our schools. A strong analytical approach is essential, along with the ability to develop financial systems and procedures. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external organisations at all levels.

Previous experience within an education setting would be advantageous. Whilst the role is based in Lincoln, you will be required to travel to their schools within the county.
