This small business based in the NETPark business park in Sedgefield requires a part time (20 hours/week) accounts/admin assistant to perform the following routine tasks:

- Prepare and submit invoices to their customers - and chase late payers.
- Prepare monthly salary information for their employees for submission to their accountants
- Payment of suppliers' bills (mostly these are paid by DD), staff expenses and staff salaries
- Check and prepare monthly financial data for submission to their accountants
- Liaise with NETPark management to disseminate information to their staff
- Deal with queries from staff and suppliers

This is not an exhaustive list and additional duties as necessary will be expected to be performed by the person employed.

What are the requirements?
- Ideally, you will have administrative experience.
- Have a good standard of education in English and Maths.
- Be diligent and confident when working with financial figures.
- Can communicate coherently with customers via phone and email.
- No knowledge of accounting software is required but experience with Excel is essential

The salary is £17-£19K pro-rata.
