Care & Support Worker
We have exciting opportunities for Care & Support Workers to join our Oakwood Lodge Retirement Living Scheme based in Willenhall (WV12 5JR). This role is a part time role, for 28 hours per week, on a permanent basis.
Our Care & Support Workers have highly rewarding roles within our Older Persons Services in which they provide a range of person centred care and support to customers - promoting choice, independence and empowering them to live a fulfilled and active life.
Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for a range of care delivery including assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support customer health and wellbeing. Every customer is different with varying support requirements - you can therefore expect to deliver a range of care plans, some of which may involve personal care.
