INSURANCE CLAIMS HANDLER/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Clark James Insurance Recruitment have a great role within a busy and vibrant Motor Insurance Claims business working within the First Response Team. The purpose of this role is to provide a first notification of loss (FNOL) service on behalf of clients who have been involved in a motor accident.
The primary role overview is to monitor incoming supply chains of work and act upon those instructions by administering them on to the relevant system, making introductions to potential customers and processing the new instructions either to acceptance or rejection. The FNOL team also supply the businesses with general admin support when and where it is needed.
Some previous Insurance claims, customer service or sales experience would be highly beneficial for this position.

The company do ask staff to be flexible on working hours as they do operate a rota shift pattern including weekends once per month with time off in lieu in the week.
