We are looking for a warm, caring and respectful individual to provide person centred support to people with autism spectrum conditions and additional learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours for our Heysham service.
Your role will include:

- Maximising service user outcomes by encouraging personal development and independent living skills
- Empowering service users and promote their rights
- Collaborating with service users, families and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service
