Our client in Aylesbury is looking for a candidate for a Maternity cover contract, to manage and maintain the position of customer accounts and the overall debt level.

Starting in February 2019, the role is for 12 weeks initially, moving into a 6 month maternity cover contract. There is great potential for the role to be extended for a further 6 months until April 2020.

The candidate’s duties will be:

* Maintaining and chasing overdue customer accounts, and resolving invoice/account queries

* Becoming familiar with customer’s invoicing portals and use when required

* Maintaining close contact and good working relationship with head office

* Creating new customer accounts

* Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office

* Taking action to recover old debt using various forms of communication such as debt letters and recovery services

The perfect candidate would be:

* Determined to meet targets

* Literate in Microsoft Office. Experienced in using Microsoft Navision would be advantageous but not essential

* Eager to learn new skills

* Minimum 1 year experience in a credit control roll/environment

Working hours are Monday-Friday 0(phone number removed) with 1 hour lunch break, paying £11.80 per hour.
