New opportunities for customer service advisors to join a leading pensions and investments company based in Kingswood.

The aim is to meet all of the customer’s needs. In providing this service, the vision is to build strong customer relationships and a superior and highly satisfied group of employees.

The team responds to emails and correspondence from pension members, IFA’s and authorised contacts. The team’s communication with members/clients is by phone and in writing. You will work in a friendly team dedicated to high standards of client service.

This role is extremely varied and you will be expected to respond to a number of different types of inquiries; from members and advisers by letter, email and telephone, ensuring you provide excellent customer service with a strong customer orientation. (Full product and system training will be given on joining)

Experience and Qualifications Required

* Previous telephone experience in a customer service environment

* Previous Pensions knowledge an advantage

* A passion for client service and the ability to act as a highly competent client contact for administrative, reporting and customer processing matters

* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external customers, in writing and verbally, at all levels of the business.
