IT Service Desk Analyst

I am working with a large UK company who are looking for someone with knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange to join their service desk. The team cover all first line issues from users and clients, password resets, user setup as well as PC and Laptop fixes and installs.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience working within an IT support function
* Experience of Active Directory, Exchange and Windows 10
* ITIL knowledge or accreditation a real advantage
* Experience of software and hardware installation and configuration
