As a Salesforce Business System Administrator the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and managing staff requests/queries relating to their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.

- Manage the Salesforce Issues inbox
- Effectively prioritise workload and demonstrate the ability to organise own time day-to-day
- To build and maintain relations with colleagues and work as part of the team in order to support each other's roles
- Develop a pro-active approach to the role in order to provide the best service possible to internal and external clients
- To take on and ensure the smooth transition of company changes and improvements
- To cover lead allocation as required
- General administrative duties / ongoing projects
- Undertaking of additional data management responsibilities in line with the department growth
- Knowledge of excel a benefit
