Temporary Finance Data Entry Person Required – 2/3 Days per week

£10 per hour - Immediate Start


Key attributes and skills:

Result orientated, out-going friendly and proactive manor. Well-presented professional customer facing, with an excellent attention to deal.

Intermediate/Advanced IT skills, including MS Office 360 Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Key responsibilities:

Process all Sales Orders for the Services Department, and for Software Sales correctly and timely

Monthly Billing before month-end for Software, Customer recharges, and on the first working day of the month for Service Consultancy time

Credit and Risk Management, Collections and Dispute Management

Accounts Payables and banking

Process all Accounts Payable invoices

Process employee expenses, and Company Credit Card

Support for Office & Finance Manager

Ad hoc assistance with administrative duties, such Quarterly Review PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports, helping organise staff social events, onboarding and offboarding staff

Back up for Office & Finance Manager for various duties

High volume data administration / entry

Extracting and recording information in Excel and other bespoke systems

Liaising with Suppliers/internal staff on any invoice queries and resolving them in a professional and timely manner

Have strong attention to detail for data handling

Be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment

Have previous experience with data entry or similar role
