This company is the leading brand in caravan and motorhome inflatable awnings, associated accessories, tents and camping equipment. Recently ranked 11th out of 100 UK companies in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100 for the fastest growing international sales and also won the Emerging International Brand award at the same event.

Rapid expansion continues with 50% of sales generated from Europe where there is a showroom, aftersales dept and warehousing facilities in the Netherlands. The recent purchase of the company to the Dometic family will help with their ambitions and want to expand their international sales further where they already have dealers in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan and China.

Opportunity to work within a busy sales office for a successful, expanding company which manufactures and distributes camping and caravanning equipment throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

Key responsibilities:
- Order processing
- Receiving telephone calls
- Responding to received emails
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Communication with UK, European and worldwide sales team
- Matching delivery notes
- Creating invoices
- Track and trace deliveries/investigation

Key Requirements:
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good telephone manner
- Proficient computer skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Flexible and positive attitude to work

Based in a rural location (Little Braxted, Witham) own transport is advantageous as there is no public transport. Parking is available on site.

The hours are 9.00 - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
