An exciting opportunity to join a large business as financial, planning and analysis manager has been registered. The FP&A role is to sit across multiple site and requires someone that is able to analyse numbers but also act as the business partner and support the commercial decision making process. The role requires someone that is able to support and influence the decision making process in order to maximise business. The company are looking for someone that is qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) and that has a proven background in a similar role.

The business will require travel to Reading and the Hemel Hempstead sites and requires the candidate to be an integral part of the senior management team and therefore the decision making process. This is a new role and so the finer points will be down to the successful candidate to mould going forward.


* Ensure key stake holders work together

* Provide financial analysis to improve business performance and profitability

* Drive actions to mitigate risk going forward

* Perform risk analysis on business plan and financial models

* Analyse trends in the business units, looking at the divisions KPI's such as revenue, cost of sales and CAPEX

* Produce flash reports for departments

* Provide strategic advice for internal customers

* Take lead in the budgeting and forecasting process for commercial finance team

* Provide and review analysis for senior management team
