About the job:

The Validation and Compliance department are looking for a Validation and Compliance Officer to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will be involved in reviewing, investigating and making recommendations on all donation requests. This will include carrying out Know Your Customer/Anti Money Laundering requirements for all beneficiaries, account controllers and donors.

About you:

You will have demonstrable experience of providing outstanding customer service in a regulated environment. You will be a strong team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively whilst providing a professional, efficient and personalised service.

You will be highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to multi task and prioritise your workload.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate and an effective team player.

Closing date for receiving applications is 4 January 2019. Shortlisted applicants may be required to undertake at home on-line psychometric assessments or telephone interviews before being invited to attend an assessment centre on 24 January 2019.
