£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus incentives + Travel
We are the definitive luxury yachting and lifestyle website and a leading independent online source for high-net-worth individuals looking to charter, purchase or refit a superyacht. Our team has acquired a global audience of key industry figures, including yacht owners, brokers, designers and shipyards as well as engaging journalists and luxury connoisseurs with written features and filmed interviews encompassing all aspects of the superyacht and luxury industries.
Working alongside a dynamic Sales Team and company Director, a growing luxury media company are looking to recruit an experienced PA and Office Manager who will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a busy and exciting office and providing administrative support when needed.
Duties will be varied and include diary management, document preparation, making travel arrangements and the opportunity to help with global event organisation. You will be required to assist with finding new members of a growing team and act as the point of liaison for HR issues. Other duties include general administration and there will also be an opportunity to increase salary with incentives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong administrative and organisational background. The successful candidate will be an organised, flexible and proactive individual with excellent communications skills. You will have the ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure and work well within a close-knit team. You will also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Hand-in-hand with the role are travel opportunities across the globe. The ideal candidate will be somebody who will relish the opportunity to travel for work when required.
Graduate PA / Office Manager Requirements:
+ Excellent telephone manner and a mastery of the English Language
+ Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
+ Confidence and ability to deal with issues as and when they arise
+ Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure
+ A team player with great people and communication skills
+ 2+ years experience in a similar role
+ An interest in travel, luxury and / or yachting would also be highly beneficial.
