Google Ads, PPC Manager required In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimisation (SEO.) Your goal will be to ensure our digital marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI) for our clients, you should be comfortable managing a number of small to large accounts. As the Google Ads/PPC Manager, you will also help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to bring together brand goals, sales objectives and consumer needs. Essential Skills proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns strong working knowledge of Google Adwords and all paid search platforms attention to detail effective communication and reporting skills strong track record in managing small to medium budgets strong numerical and analytical skills excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics google Adwords certification preferable social Ad knowledge and implementation Desirable Skills knowledge and experience working within an agile environment ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently effective account management skills Responsibilities plan, optimise, implement and manage paid search campaigns for a variety of clients ensure PPC campaigns are up and optimised according to brief and best practice guidelines develop near and long-time paid search strategies and campaigns for clients work with the content team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion is possible perform keyword research and manage all bid management for your clients work with the Marketing Managers to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the larger search marketing and digital marketing strategy keep up to date with the latest industry trends analyse activity and performance of all paid search campaigns and report findings back to the PPC Manager and subsequent clients help to define PPCs strategies for a host of clients What we give you in return Flexible Working Hours 5 work from home days per year 25 days holiday + bank holidays 10-14 days off at Christmas a fun, modern working environment regular team outings funny, charming geeky co-workers host of other company perks and treats Salary You tell us.
