Protocol Education are recruiting a Support Worker for a permanent position in a school in Midsomer Norton. This role ideal for candidates wanting to gain extra experience in a classroom environment working with children who have additional needs and challenging behaviour. The role involves working 1:1 with a student who requires additional support. The opportunity allows preparation for a career in education or for support staff who wish to develop their classroom and skills.

This role involves working with children who have challenging behaviour therefore the candidate must be adaptable and keen to learn. Candidates will preferably have experience working with SEN, challenging behaviour or have training. Candidates must be a car driver as the role involves driving the pupil to locations on site. This represents a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in education and build a fantastic relationship with pupils who require extra support and encouragement.
