HR & Payroll Manager
Title - HR & Payroll Manager Location - Glasgow Southside Salary - £30000 - £40000 £DOE Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client on the outskirts of Glasgow to recruit a HR & Payroll Manager. Main duties: Responsible for a team of four members of payroll team and one HR advisor (you will be working closely with the PT Payroll Manager) Overseeing payroll process for 8 EU countries (previous payroll experience is desirable) Recruitment Ensuring that the Company is commercially focused and legislatively compliant Providing accurate HR guidance and advice to all levels of management within a fast paced and results driven environment First point of contact for a headcount of 1700 managers and employees across the UK and Europe. Dealing with all HR and payroll queries. Involved in budget management for all EU branches. Conducting pre conciliation with ACAS. Management of Restructures and Redundancies. Negotiations with 3rd parties. Responsible for full Payroll lifecycle for UK employees. Payroll reporting and reconciliation of the payroll costs for all EU countries. Required: CIPD qualified ( minimum level 3) or HRM degree or minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role Payroll experience. Interviews will be held next week.
