Invoice Administrator

Location: North West Manchester

Salary: Up to £22,000

My client is a successful waste management business looking for a Credit Control Assistant for their North West location. This is a role that is great for someone new to credit control and wants to take a step forward within a established business.

They are now hiring!

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure all incoming invoices are checked and passed for payment.
• To ensure all sales invoices are issued by the monthly deadline.
• Handling telephone enquiries and managing National/Regional customer invoicing queries.
• To deal with incoming queries and ensure that each query is resolved quickly and efficiently to give the best customer service.
• Maintaining of relevant spreadsheets.
• Responsible for raising credit/debit notes.
• To assist the Invoicing Administrative Assistant with National waste reports when required.

Skill set required:

SE1 – Highly conscientious, diligent, self-motivating and enthusiastic.
SE2 – Highly organised with an ability to manage own time.
SE3 – Must possess a strong eye for detail.
SE4 – Numerate, literate and good interpersonal skills.
SE5 – Ability to develop new skills and take instruction from all levels of management.
SD1 – Ability to constantly juggle priorities to suit business demands.

EE1 – Experience of dealing with large volumes of invoices.
EE2 – Previous experience of working part of an accounts department.
ED1 – Previous customer service experience as working part of a team.
ED2 – Previous experience as part of a self- directed team or experience of managing own workload.
