This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Global Digital Agile Consultancy working onsite at various nationwide clients through project completion, providing your product management expertise. This organisation works collaboratively with FTSE 100 companies and large corporate enterprises to help develop and improve their Digital and IT departments.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who has strong product management skills whilst utilising a consultative approach to solving problems. You will be working with all areas of the business leading the design and development of client value propositions whilst integrating with the product and software developments team to shape technical solutions.

Ideally you will have good experience managing the delivery of products and services with clients varying from large enterprise environments to smaller start up companies, using an end-to-end approach.

Your responsibilities would be to:

• Lead the design and development of client value propositions
• Work with client stakeholders to define viable products and services
• Build relationships and understanding of user and customer needs to define desirable solutions
• Inspire and facilitate change at the individual and team level within the client – working with an
understanding the client context and outcomes
• Show initiative by anticipating risks, issues and opportunities, and escalating them accordingly
• Develop strong relationships with the client at all levels

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ digital product management experience, working with teams and agile product development practices
• Experience in large, complex, enterprise environments as well as smaller businesses
• An end-to-end approach to product, encompassing customer research, market understanding and experimenting to validate ideas and get early feedback on the product
• Data-driven and analytical approach to measuring product performance and prioritising work
• Intellectually curious and ambitious, always willing to learn and continuously improve
