HR ADMINISTRATOR/COORDINATOR (HR DEVELOPMENT ROLE)
Salary: £18,000
Location: Worksop

OVERVIEW:

This is a great opportunity to work in the FMCG sector for a well known blue-chip (flag-ship site) in a busy HR department, getting involved in HR support work, doing varied tasks and getting unique exposure to a focused, busy HR department (great longer term HR career prospects with this organisation).

THE ROLE

The role is a transactional/HR admin supportive role to an experienced, very busy, large HR department working in the FMCG sector. This is a very fast paced working environment where no 2 days will be the same, the role will require a lot of concentration, accuracy, organisation and the ability to prioritise on numerous tasks at any one time.

Dealing with arranging meetings, writing letters/drafts, filing, finishing reports, looking at graphs, trends, facts and compiling information for reports etc. Admin support work for case work and HR admin support, dealing with employees, communicating with staff at all levels. This role requires the ability to juggle your work-load through-out the day, have incredible attention to detail and create accurate work that requires no further checking. The ability to deal with every task correctly.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be very organised, strong IT skills, communication at all levels. Previous experience working on heavy work-loads, worked in a highly pressurised and busy working environment. A highly focused, accurate worker who enjoys the detail and getting it right first time. Strong with presentation, writing reports, presenting graphs and simply able to complete tasks without much supervision.

A well-known highly successful blue-chip in the FMCG sector. This site is the largest site in the group and is the ‘Flag-ship’ site.
