As an expanding company we are looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator to assist the accountant in processing wages and admin documents.

The role is situated at our Head office in Ribchester. Head office is located in our school for children with Autism and Learning disabilities. Although the role does not include working with the young people directly, you will be working within the same building as the young people.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

Administration of payroll
Inputting data onto the relevant spreadsheets
Calculating and inputting travel expense/overtime
Ensuring all documents are in place to be able to pay all new starters and current staff
Processing and updating any tax code changes
Processing starters, leavers, wage errors, and sickness correctly

The candidate will need:

Administration experience is essential
Payroll experience is desired
Knowledge on HR and Payroll software is desired

The successful candidate will be offered:

A full time position (9am-5pm Monday- Friday)
28 days holiday including bank holidays
A competitive salary of between £17,500 - £20,000 depending on experience and qualifications
