The Company:

Are you an experienced Product Engineer looking for a role where what you do can really make a difference to the life of the end user? We are looking for an experience Product Manager to take responsibility for the product lifecycle of a specifically engineered product: wheelchair vehicle restraints, flooring and seating systems for the disability sector.

Job Responsibilities:

* Main responsibility will be to manage these product road maps in accordance with the group strategic plan. This includes setting strategic and tactical directions and focusing on the specific business.
* Manage all aspects of the products life cycle(s) starting with understanding the market needs until the product is terminated. This includes market research, position, pricing, marketing, legal and safety requirements.
* Create business cases and financial modelling for new product developments and customer cases.
* Align with commercial stakeholders to define go-to-market strategy.
* Prepare and implement product launch plans together with the marketing and sales within the organisation and support the creation of education and communication material.
* Establish and maintain a competitor database.
* Interact with all other functions in the company.
* Support the marketing and sales within the organisation with appropriate actions to ensure maximum return.

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledgeable in market trends/analysis, product roadmap development and product life-cycle management. Strong independent, analytical and relationship-building skills are needed to manage this exciting role appropriately.
* Degree in Product management or equivalent, Marketing or Engineering
* At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or in Sales and marketing. (Experience within the floor and restraint industry is nice to have but not essential)
* Good knowledge in Office programs and MRP systems.
