IT Support Analyst with experience delivering exceptional levels of technical advice in a 1st/ 2nd line capacity is sought by a market leading financial services company based in York. The Role:

On a day to day basis the IT Support Analyst will use their previous experience with Windows 7-10, Office 2013, Exchange and Active Directory to provide concise and accurate advice both on the phone and in person affording you fantastic scope to experience a varied working life with opportunities to learn new technologies and progress quickly.

As a Support Analyst you will be responsible for:

* Providing 1st line / 2nd line support to internal staff on Windows platform issues
* Serve as point of contact for hardware upgrades and installs
* Access permissions and FTP accounts
* Dealing with basic telephonic problems

The successful IT Support Analyst should have most of the following key skills:

* At least 1 years experience in a 1st line / 2nd line role
* Exemplary verbal communication and the confidence to liaise with a global client base
* Drive to progress your career
