A great career opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager, based on the Wirral, to join a company that is passionate about delivering hot, great tasting fresh food.

Store Managers are responsible for:

• All People Management including leading and motivating team success.

• Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness.

• Providing great service to customers.

• Running the store effectively using the correct policies and procedures in line with set budgets and targets.

• Managing costs and overheads.

• Maintaining positive brand image and service standards at all times.

• And of course, ensuring the very best in product quality for customers.

The Store Manager’s role involves working flexible hours in a pressurised but fun, team environment.

On offer is a competitive salary, based on experience from £21k up to £26k along with an annual bonus paid monthly equating to as additional £6000 per annum once you have been allocated a store to.
