Mall Retail Manager – Competitive Salary + Benefits + Training – Milton Keynes
The Role
Mall Solutions are looking for a hungry and motivated Mall Retail Manager to deliver existing revenue streams and source additional high quality mall kiosk retailers for centre:mk, Milton Keynes and will be based on site at centre:mk. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic sales management professional that has had experience in project management and overseeing the performance of a team. This role offers excellent opportunities for progression for the right candidate.
The essential core competencies for this role are strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude, coupled with a sound commercial acumen. Successful applicants are also likely to be able to demonstrate previous commercialisation or other B2B sales experience and success, preferably within a shopping centre environment although this is not essential. Applications from candidates that meet the core requirements from other sectors are also welcomed as support and mentoring specific to commercialisation in the shopping centre environment will be provided.
The key responsibilities of a Mall Retail Manager include, but are not limited to:
Identifying and sourcing new mall retailers, both locally and nationally
Building and managing existing mall retailer relationships and conforming to the compliance requirements
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the rest of the Centre Management teams
Managing commercialisation performance to meet or exceed set targets
Project managing the process for the delivery of retail kiosk installs

Good communication and presentation skills, with a firm grasp on written and verbal English
Meticulous and attentive with a keen eye for detail
Excellent sales and negotiation capabilities, who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
