Job Title: Finance Support Assistant

Location: Brighton

Job type: Temp to Perm

Salary: £16 per hour depending on experience

Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to support the daily running of the office including assisting within the HR department and accounts department. If you are determined and have a strong work ethic, this is an amazing opportunity.

Responsibilities:

* Sales order processing, ensuring all information is entered quickly and accurately
* HR duties such as absence/holiday recording
* Accounts payable processing
* Input and process expenses, company credit cards, company car and mobile phone accounts
* Monthly invoicing
* Undertake bank reconciliations daily
* Update the database with new contracts as they come in
* Ensure the maintenance of data integrity
* Resolve queries by liaising with account and project managers
* Maintain office supplies
* Handle the booking of induction sessions for new employees
* Process documentation for both new starters and leavers

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* Determined and proactive
* Experienced in bookkeeping and credit control
* Highly results driven
* Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel
* Strong attention to detail
