1st Line Support Engineer, Farnborough based, up to £25k + bens

My client who are an independent software vendor and cloud services provider are seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their ever-growing support team based in Farnborough.

In this role you will be responsible for identifying common reasons why customers contact support and create solutions with the produce and design teams to make the product easier to use. You will propose subjects for additional knowledge base articles to assist customers and also monitor the live chat and coach customers through any support issues.

Required Skills:

- 1 years experience in a front-line customer support role.

- Knowledge of email, Outlook and Office 365 from a support/trouble-shooting perspective.

- Strong communication skills both written and oral.

- Self motivated, a real team player and enthusiastic.
