Jenson Fisher have been engaged on an exclusive basis by an established client based in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Bookkeeper, on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for the daily bookkeeping alongside typical administration expected when working in a small office. Your duties will include; Daily use of Sage 50. Posting sales and purchases, end of month reports and quarterly VAT returns. Issue contracts and riders on receipt of job sheets. Read and sign all incoming contracts from venues. Answer emails/calls, keep office supplies up to date and general office duties. Manage petty cash ensuring that there is always money available. Set up spreadsheets for ticket sales and keep tour sheets up to date. Marketing for tours including posters and newspaper advertisements. Required Experience / Skills Experienced bookkeeper with experience using Sage. Strong communicator willing to challenge where required.
