Entry Level IT Support
Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be representing their client based in Renfrewshire in the search for a First Line Support candidate for their technology service client. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge within IT technologies, including the Microsoft platform and applications. The candidate will also have experience working in a customer service role. You will have proven experience in desktop related issues and be passionate about customer satisfaction. A sound understanding of infrastructure technology including servers, databases and networks are fundamental for this role. Responsibilities/Accountability: 1 st line support, for Desktop (troubleshoot, diagnosis and incidents) Customer focused Industry certified Call resolutions, technical support Internal and external support queries Create and maintain client accounts via Active Directory. Skills/Experience Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Understanding of the Microsoft platform and applications Understanding of Active Directory Understanding of ITIL and process Service Management methodology knowledge Interest in Incident and Problem Management Qualification/Certification requirements Technical qualifications 2 years work experience in a customer service role To apply for this role, please click below.
