Working in the National Accounts team, you’ll be supporting the Senior National Account Manager to drive profit growth in a Top 3 retail account. You’ll have strong analytical skills, ingenuity and decisiveness to deliver insights and actions to drive the joint business forward.


* As our National Account Executive you will be responsible for delivering sales and profit targets by achieving the key strategic aims mapped out in the annual joint business plan between Dyson and your retail partner
* You will support your Senior National Account Manager in devising the optimum commercial plan for the account, including full profit and loss analysis
* Your role will also be to deliver an accurate 12 month rolling forecast and understand retailer profitability
* With an eye for detail, you will use sales-out data to accurately forecast run rate sales and new product sales
* You will also look to identify further sales opportunities within your customer that will drive incremental volume and profitability
* Working cross-functionally, you will take responsibility for aligning internal departments to your customer strategy, and work in partnership with them to deliver your objectives


* As our National Account Executive you will have a proven background in FMCG or consumer goods sales with proven experience of high level account negotiations
* You will have experience of building and negotiating joint business plans with retail customers
* Coming in to the role you will be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial flair, with an eye for identifying sales and growth opportunities
* You'll be commercially minded and enjoy having high level strategic conversations, as well as being able to being able to operate in the detail
* As our National Account Executive you will be able to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to closely with other departments
* You will be degree educated, ideally with a 2:1 degree or higher
