Our client, a well-established, multi-award-winning financial advice business are seeking to hire an Employee Benefits Adviser for their London Office. You will be responsible for educating and advising clients’ individual employees on their pension schemes, along with servicing existing members of group pension schemes.

Job Requirements:

* Ensure client files are maintained in line with set compliance standards
* Operate one-to-one advice appointments with employees regarding their workplace pension scheme and employee benefits
* Conduct and follow the company’s Financial Advice Process following all service standards and rules for a compliant outcome and an outstanding customer experience.
* Host financial education workshops and present staff benefits to groups of employees, varying in number
* Deal with queries via email and telephone from new and existing clients
* Service existing members of workplace pension schemes
* Build relationships both internally and externally.
* Meet the Fit & Proper requirements as set by the regulator

Skills and Experience:

* Level 4 diploma in financial planning
* Financial services experience, with a proven track record of giving face-to-face advice
* Excellent pension knowledge/experience
* Experience using cash flow forecasting tools (such as Voyant) as part of the advice process is desirable
* The ability to complete fact finds, risk profiles etc
* Experience advising on group defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, including automatic enrolment and salary sacrifice
* Experience advising clients on higher earning and all that entails
* A current authorised financial adviser is desirable
