To support this innovation, we have launched a new R&D facility that will be responsible for the creation and development of new product offerings. With an investment of £15 million we are looking to add multiple roles to our talented workforce. We are interested in people that are inquisitive and constantly looking to evolve their skillset.

The primary purpose of the Technical Sales Support Consultant is to provide technical advice, support and strategy to the company customers and the Sales team. You’ll also be required to interpret customer requirements and liaise with the internal, development, commercial and operations functions to provide support.

We’re looking for people that have the following skills:

5 + years technical support/technical account management experience in a payments/POS environment.
Pre/Post sales experience.
Good exposure to payments technology.
Familiarity and understanding of Acquirer terminal approval processes, MTIP and ADVT testing.
Experience of product integration from initial requirement gathering through to support.
Strong service ethic with the ability to manage and support multiple customers.
