We are recruiting for a Marketing Performance Analyst to join a newly created team within a globally recognised brand that boasts over 10 million customers in the UK alone! Sitting across a wider marketing team of 20 people and be responsible for helping to achieve commercial & NPS targets whilst driving efficiency from a £12 million annual marketing budget!

Overall Role purpose

* Key member of the Digital Marketing Capabilities team, supporting the Head of Planning and Reporting who is responsible for centralising all tracking, measurement and reporting of marketing activity

* Support Investment Optimisation process for Marketing Budgets

* Input and support for all marketing planning processes

* Work across the business to align commercial and marketing targets

Key accountabilities

Planning, reporting and tracking – 80%

* Drive optimisation of Acquisition performance through management and ongoing development of the Tableau Performance dashboard

* Support the wider team in building necessary reporting and insights to optimise the acquisition funnel

* Support Strategy development and Investment Optimisation by driving better understanding of downstream acquisition performance and key performance drivers

* Develop and maintain Marketing Scorecard reporting for Director/Executive Level Management

* Mid-management reporting to commercial stakeholders

* Tracking: Implement and manage governance processes to manage tracking processes

* Lead on the Lead Quality Refinement work stream – discussions around lead quality, call centre feedback, call centre efficiency, to drive marketing optimisation.

* Establish closer alignment with Data Analytics Insights and Strategic Analytics team, and identify opportunities to better collaborate towards driving business performance

* Investment optimisation – Create a better understanding of what is driving Business performance, to drive priorities around investments and how we run our business.
