Becoming a Data Manager with Employee Benefits:SheffieldAn exciting new opportunity has become available within our Sheffield office, with travel to London. Are you an analytical and client focussed manager?Working with the Senior Management Team to promote a culture of data accuracy and protection throughout the organisation. Responsible for providing guidance to the business and coordinating activities with regards to privacy and Know Your Client related matters; to operate, design, develop and document the processes required for the management of connected data and GDPR activities across Capita Employee Solutions.What you will do: * Responsible for design, production and publication of weekly / monthly MI for SMT, Risk Committee and other relevant forums. * Analyse MI and proactively identify any areas requiring attention. * Work with the Divisional Data Privacy Lead as a subject matter expert, to ensure that the organisation is compliant with Data Privacy legislation and Capita policies. * Work with the Regulatory team, to ensure that the organisation is compliant with the requirements of relevant regulatory bodies, AML legislation and Capita policies. The design and implementation of appropriate data management solutions to meet these requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve queries and issues. * Maintenance and development activities in relation to key Know Your Client and GDPR related processes; technical development of Information Asset Registers, Client Contract records, Supplier Contract records and Data Protection by Design. Your experience will include: * Experience of working within a regulated / financial services business * Detailed knowledge of GDPR/data protection * Experience including data management / data protection advisory experience * Operational experience of data management, including items such as record keeping, DPIAs, Rights Requests, contract management * Experience in the employee benefits and pensions management sector, with an understanding of the spectrum of disciplines * Line management experience About Employee BenefitsCapita Employee Benefits (CEB) is one of the largest employee benefits consultancies in the UK; a multi award-winning organisation servicing over 1,600 clients and more than 4 million company employees and pension scheme members.
