My Client is a golf retailer who are seeking support in the customer services team
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
• Collate and manage daily order processing workload
• Deal with all aspects of customer service
• Responsibility for Embroidery logo database
• Management of the logo approval process
• Weekly management reporting – stock and sales reports
• System updates – price list and product updates
• Maintain product barcode database
1. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team.
• Customer service experience
• Microsoft Excel knowledge to an advanced level – pivot tables / lookups etc.
• The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• The ability to react to change
• Strong organisational skills
• An aptitude for working on different software packages
