This is an exciting role to join a fun and energetic team as it expands into new regions in Asia, Latin America and North America. This provides an opportunity for some international travel.

The role requires an experienced producer with the ambition to lead a small production team after a few months (dependant on performance and experience).

Responsibilities:
o Conduct in-depth market and industry research to develop strong knowledge of industry sector through desktop research, telephone interviews, external client meetings and visits to other events
o Investigate and generate new topic ideas in alignment with global trends, and provide direction to the events’ content and formats
o Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders – shareholders, committee members, advisors, associations – and liaise with senior level industry professionals
o Identify and research new business opportunities to secure outside industry expertise that the sector can learn from and draw upon, and to develop new revenue streams through sponsorship and exhibition sales
o With the Conference Manager assist in writing business plans, marketing and sales briefs, and project manage the delivery of the events’ strategy, liaising closely with sales and marketing teams
o Work with PR agency and marketing team to develop the PR and Marketing strategy, including writing marketing and PR copy, white papers and industry features
o Work closely with the Delegate Sales team to ensure the information sharing, optimise delegates sales process and monitor the effectiveness of sales
o Management of the events onsite, including dealing with speakers & delegates, logistical arrangements, with particular focus on enhancing delegate/visitor experience
o Write promotional copy for events’ programmes
o Experience in managing content for complex, large-scale events would be a plus.
