Office Manager (Sales Department)

* Manage Sales office colleagues/procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently

* Manages subscriptions to magazines and online resources

* Prepares weekly and monthly reports for the GM/MD

* Supervising, monitoring and managing staff productivity, building and motivating small teams.

* Keeping current and up-to-date in an ever changing market, exploring new opportunities

* Recruitment

* Organise and Chair periodic sales meetings with team

* Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline as required

* Respond to customer queries and complaints

* Support marketing strategies. Carry out market research.

* Identify and develop new opportunities

* Work in co-operation with all company personnel both inside and outside the office.

* Carry out any research as necessary to obtain relevant information.

* Attend Training Courses as and when required.

* Comply with all other reasonable requests to assist with the smooth running of the company

The successful candidate will be joining an established and growing company within the Newark area. There will be some travel to different areas of the UK which could include overnight stays.

Experience:

* Management: 3 years (Required)
