My Client, a well-established Insurance Company based in Brentwood, are presently looking for an outstanding Insurance Account Handler to join their growing team.
Working in their busy office environment you will be speaking to members of the general public, via the phone, using your customer service abilities to advise and process requests relating to insurance products.
You will use your personality and listening skills to truly understand their Insurance requirements and then advise them on the correct policy to purchase.
The ideal candidate will have had experience of working in the household insurance sector in a similar role but would like to be able to give the customer the time and service that they require fully to make an informed choice.
This is a non-commissioned based environment where satisfaction is key and sales are made due to the overall customer experience.
Office hours are 09:00 - 17:30 Mon-Fri with some Saturday mornings (paid overtime).
