A national Facilities Management (hard services) company with strong family roots are adding to their team due to expansion. If you are a mechanically- or electrically-trained Senior Contract Manager from a facilities management background, I want to hear from you. This role is working with a client in the retail and leisure sector in Liverpool.

Your Package

* £55,000 - £60,000 salary
* Car or car allowance
* Contributory pension (7%)

Your Responsibilities

* Manage the delivery of planned and reactive works to a large city centre site
* Manage a team of 10-15 multi-skilled engineers (mechanical and electrical)
* Hold full P&L responsibilities
* Build client relationships to ensure a quality of service and strong commercial returns
* Maintain and improve compliance across the site
* Position the business as a 'best in class' FM provider.

Your Skills & Qualifications

* Technical M&E or building fabric qualification (essential)
* P&L management experience (essential)
* Commercially-aware
* Proven track record of delivering excellent client service
* Experience of managing hard FM delivery via a team of direct labour engineers
* There is no soft FM delivery in this contract, so a soft services background is not required.
