Service Desk Analyst, Birstall, 18k per Annum.

Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Telecoms Company who requires a service desk analyst in Birstall, who specializes in Telecoms Support for their customers.

You will be tasked with working as a service desk analyst, providing first line support offering resolutions for problems to external customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone and email with the aim of exceeding an agreed KPI/SLA, as well as being vigilant for any fraudulent activity.

Personality wise you will need to be confident in your own ability to talk and supply assistance to customers over the phone, be technical minded, as well as good communication skills in both written and verbal.

Skills and Experience:

* A good technical knowledge of windows 7,8 and 10.

* Windows server and MS exchange administration/support including active directory.

* Microsoft Office.

* Remote control software i.e VNC, Dameware, Bomgar.

* Excellent telephone manner.

* Ability to effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues.

* Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry.

* Strong analytical/problem solving abilities, especially in relation to continual service improvement.

The package on offer is for 18k per Annum
