Get Recruited are supporting a leading ecommerce company based in Ashbourne who specialise in luxury jewellery. Due to exponential growth, they are seeking an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team in order to enhance the number of sales opportunities.

THE ROLE:

* As an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor, you will be receiving inbound enquiries both over live chat and over the phone
* Converting customer enquiries into sales
* Ensuring that all emails and enquiries are responded to within a suitable time frame
* Processing and managing customer orders
* Ensuring that the customer has a positive overall online shopping experience
* Liaise with suppliers ensuring that all orders are processed within an appropriate time period
* Providing excellent customer service at all times

THE PERSON:

* At least 1 years previous sales experience
* Previously worked in an e-commerce role
* Livechat or similar experience
* Strong client facing and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills
* Willingness to learn
