An established business based in the centre of Poole are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team with a focus on Purchase Ledger.

As an Accounts Assistant you will be a fundamental part of the finance team reporting to the Ledger Supervisor assisting with the day to day functions within the accounts department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Processing intercompany transactions

• Posting Manual Journals to the Profit & Loss and control accounts

• Resolving and clearing queries

• Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Experience in a similar position is essential along with computer skills including Excel. You will be a self-motivated and confident team player who can work to tight deadlines.
