We are seeking to recruit a team of motivated, skilled and enthusiastic people to be part of their team for our new respite service in the heart of Chester.

You will need to be experienced, professional and have excellent knowledge of respite provision within the adult Learning Disability sector.

You will be part of an organisation that relies on the commitment, passion & drive of its staff team to provide an outstanding service to those who need our support.

You will need to work flexibly on a rota basis providing personal care & supporting with daily living tasks as well as access to meaningful activities out in the community.

  • Previous experience supporting people who may be in crisis and showing complex behaviours requiring expert support is essential.
  • You should be caring, compassionate & enthusiastic in your approach to supporting individuals.
  • A flexible approach & the ability to adapt to each person & the support they require is also essential.
