We are looking for a Restaurant Manager that has a background or experience within Hotels, C&E or visitor attractions or tourist destinations. 

As a Restaurant Manager you will be working for a leading caterer who believes in making a difference! They are committed to best practice in all areas of corporate, social and environmental responsibility and take pride in investing in their people.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our client's team at one of their visitors attractions. This role will be responsible for managing one of the catering  / restaurant units.

Requirements for the Restaurant Manager - Bangor

- You will already be a Restaurant Manager of a Hotel or Restaurant or Tourist attractions
- Stakeholder management experience
- Commercial acumen is critical to this role
- Able to demonstrate proven experience of high quality service.
- Standards and quality driven management style
- Results orientated and motivated to achieve measurable results
- Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
- You will be a real foodie!
