Service Manager required for a Main Dealership in Croydon:
The Service Manager within this main dealership will be responsible for the co-ordination of two team leaders, three service advisors and ten technicians within a very busy service department. As part of the management team the Service Manager role is concerned with profitability, CSI and overall performance within the workshop, therefore will be expected to undertake all responsibilities of this position to the highest standard.

Requirements of the Service Manager role:
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
To fulfill this role you must be able to demonstrate good organisation and financial skills, whilst utilising your excellent people management skills to motivate overall performance.
You will also have experienced a similar role within a volume, main dealership that is familiar with both passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (LCV's).
The ideal candidate will have 4/5 years experience of overlooking 10 technicians whilst handling 50 jobs a day and sometimes including additional internal work.
