HR Advisor
My key client is currently seeking a HR Advisor on permanent basis, based just outside of Staines. The HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting and leading on HR functions and coordinating a number of specific HR processes on a day-to-day basis such as; sickness management, maternity, business change and grievances to ensure the smooth running of the HR function.

Role Outline of the HR Advisor:
To provide pragmatic, operational HR support to stakeholders in line with Company approach, procedures and legal requirements.

Skills & Experience:
* Build strong, professional relationships with Management teams and regularly participate in Senior Management Team meetings.
* Provide commercially focussed advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues.
* Raise and improve business/Managers awareness of current and new Employment Legislation as well as other corporate initiatives.
* Highly experienced in TUPE.
* Analyse and Identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings with the Business unit(s) supported.
* You will need be CIPD qualified, have a wealth of experience around complex ER casework and have lead on change management initiatives such as TUPE, redundancies and restructuring projects.
