An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of a high-flying, family owned business which has been exceeding targets and delivering only the highest levels of customer care for over 40 years.

You must already have proven experience in Car Sales in a main dealership, with a good knowledge of major brands.

Our Sales Executives’ number one objective is to provide an unparalleled level of service to both new and returning customers, using your outstanding product knowledge to tailor each experience to suit their needs. Understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships with your customers is second nature to you, combined with your ambitious drive to meet and exceed sales targets across the board. Your highly motivated attitude will ensure success in this hugely rewarding job role.

As well as enjoying use of a Company Car, you will earn a basic salary package of £15000 per annum, paired with an OTE of £45000 when your sales targets are achieved.

Working hours are 8.45am-6pm Monday-Friday with a 7pm finish on a rota basis. Saturday (9am-5pm) and Sunday (10am-4pm) are also included on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu for Saturday working.

Your main objectives are:

* Selling the maximum number of vehicles possible, striving to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

* Ensuring maximum profitability on all sales

* Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty

* Use your product knowledge to ensure customer awareness of further options
